About Our Mercury Safe Office
Dr. Kimet Abdullai is a mercury-free (amalgam/silver filling-free) and mercury-safe dentist and she is dedicated to practicing safe and high quality dentistry. Her mission is to treat her patients in the most healthy, caring, holistic way possible and to share information about dental wellness with her patients so that they may make educated decisions about their oral health treatment. She fully understands the important relationship of oral to overall health and realizes that; "You cannot be truly healthy without good oral health!"
Safe Amalgam/Silver Filling Removal Protocols
As your Oral Health Doctor, Dr. Kimet is aware that dental infections, excessive mercury vapor, and TMJ (bite) problems can have an effect on oral and overall health. Because of this concern, we are a mercury free and mercury safe dental practice and we focus on patient education and strive to remove mercury amalgam (silver) fillings in a safe way. To learn more about safe removal protocols Click Here.
To accomplish this, we utilize removal protocols based on recommendations of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology (IAOMT), and other holistic dental organizations. We also utilize removal protocols for safely removing amalgam fillings based on the recommendations of New Directions Dentistry, which has set the standard for practicing mercury safe dentistry. Dr. Kimet has been Certified as having completed their course in Minimizing Occupational Exposure to Mercury at the Dental Office: How to Make the Dental Practice Mercury Safe. Holistic Dentistry is a philosophy that recognizes that the teeth and associated oral structures are a part of the whole body. Because of this important relationship, we offer a wide range of healthy treatment options. Because of her advanced dental training and emphasis on total health, Dr. Kimet takes a unique Whole Body approach to oral health care; combining sound dental science, modern dental technology and latest techniques, and her personal experience with a deep concern for her patients’ physical and emotional well-being and comfort.
Whole Body Dental Philosophy
Her Whole Body, dental philosophy stresses the use of non-invasive treatment whenever possible. She will also, when appropriate, work with qualified health professionals to assist her in her efforts to return the patient to optimal oral and overall health. Her Holistic - Patient First - approach to dental treatment means that she treats the teeth, jaw, and related oral structures with specific regard to how that treatment will not only affect the mouth but the entire body.
Dr. Kimet believes that continuing education is a powerful tool that allows her to give you and your family the best, state-of-the-art dental care. Dr. Tom McGuire's new Video, Mercury: The Poison in Your Teeth conclusively proves that amalgam/silver fillings not only release toxic mercury vapor - but that the common act of brushingjust one amalgam filling - will release more mercury than allowed by governmental regulatory agencies at the workplace! It also tells you what you can do about it. Click Here to watch this amazing video demonstration - and don’t forget to tell your friends and family! A Personal Note from Dr. Tom
I consider Dr. Kimet to be a highly trained, experienced, skilled and caring health-focused mercury safe dentist. I am impressed with the depth of her knowledge and understanding about the critically important relationship of oral to overall health and she utilizes this knowledge when designing the treatment of her patients. She promotes patient education and has a personal interest in the health and healing of her patients.
She has completed my course, and received her Certification, in "How to Make Your Practice Mercury Safe - Minimizing Occupational Exposure to Mercury in the Dental Office". This is the only course of its kind offered to dentists and qualifies her to safely remove mercury amalgam fillings safely, protecting herself, her staff, her patients and the environment from excessive and unnecessary exposure to mercury at the dental office.
Her deep concern for her patients' health, her ongoing training in holistic and cosmetic dentistry, and her concern for the safe removal of amalgam fillings makes her ideally suited to remove and replace them.
Dr. Kimet is also a Charter Member of the prestigious IAOMT and my International Association of Mercury Safe Dentists (IAMSD). I suggest you contact her office to learn more about her and her approach to dentistry. When you visit her office please tell her where you found out about her and say hello for me. Thanks!
